Economical Heat Shrink Tubing for general purpose applications. Tubing provides an insulated, abrasion resistant and flame retardant covering. When cut and used over a terminated connection it acts a strain relief and helps prevent corrosion. Tubing is measured by it's inside diameter before shrinking. Cut desired length of tubing, slip over harness, wires, etc. Make the wire end connection and slide tubing back over connection. Slowly apply 230degF heat around tubing until it has shrunk completely around wire and connection. Cool for a tough insulated connection.
