Customer comes into the store singin’ a sad song: his shop radio called it quits and his team’s seriously mopin’ around… no spring in their step, no song in their hearts. Our team says “whoa, whoa whoa, don’t sweat it, take ours til you get a new one.” Customer’s all “you guys are the coolest,” and leaves with his parts order, our boombox, and a smile on his face.
