With Arnold Motor Supply, returns are easy! Our auto parts return policy is simple, just take your purchase back to your local Arnold Motor Supply / Auto Value store within 30 days of purchase and get your money back instantly or exchange for something else. Whether it's an alternator, struts, radiators, or any of our other quality auto parts, we can process your return as long as we have the following: a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email, credit card you used for the item and valid I.D.




RETURN POLICY

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Arnold Motor Supply can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by Arnold Motor Supply. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

We require a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification for non-receipted returns and returns generated from purchases made with Store Credits. 

RETURNING USED CORES

If you have paid a core charge, you are eligible for core credit upon return of the old core unit.
To return a used core to an Arnold Motor Supply or Auto Value parts store, bring the order confirmation/receipt to the store along with the used core unit. Used cores must be returned to stores within 30 days of purchase. We cannot provide a core charge without receipt or other confirmation.
